About This Gallery

This project was a 40 year old worn and stained floor. The owner was starting on a restoration project and wanted the floor to be restored first. Cracks, pits and oil stains were first treated and an Ultra Chip Floor installed. Later the walls were painted and now the owner uses the garage not for parking cars, but as a family room. Once the cars are parked inside, no road salt, mud or petroleum contaminats will penetrate the floor. The two-car garaqge project cost was $2,850.
