About This Gallery

This house was built 2-3 years ago but was painted in a very neutral color scheme. The homeowners wanted to transform the house to a color scheme that would really add some visual appeal to the house. We used Sherwin Williams Loxon XP elastomeric paint on this project due to its high perm rating and elasticity, which will protect the stucco from wind-driven rain yet allow water vapor to escape, which is very important for stucco.
