This home had to have many wood repairs and lots of scraping, caulking, and primering. This home was long due for a repaint. We used Fortess from ICI Dulux. Fortess is a top of the line Latex satin exterior paint. ICI Deluxe is the worlds largest paint manufacture. Fortess comes with a life time warranty. An ICI sales rep will inspect the home prior to any work and will inspect the completed work. The ICI rep will than issue the home owner a certificate of Life time Warranty for the paint.
