About This Gallery
This roof was one year old and needed to be re-done due to poor installation practices. This homeowner did not have it inspected by the local municipality and now will have to negotiate the cost to replace a brand new roof prior to going to contract. It is always recommended that you have inspections done to avoid costly mistakes like this one. Local inspectors exist to make sure building codes are met. i.e They are there to protect the consumer.
