This building was surrounded with landscaping and gutters, The pitch is a 7.12 steep 3 layers comp roofing. We removed the roof on Sunday then the clouds rolled in, no rain in forecast. We covered to protect. We had rain but thank the Lord no Damages. After the delay we replaced about 400' of bad wood passed our inspection. Day#1 roof removal Day#2 rain #3 inspection day #4 installation #5 completed. 5000 square feet. Signed contract on 10/21 started job 10/23 completed 10/27 3 days to spare.

Roof looked worse with protruding vents than original roof which looked perfectly fine.
