This is a 6000sf home located on the edge of Nichols Hills in Oklahoma City. Originally the exterior trim was stained w/ a poylurethene topcoat. The home was power washed @ 3000psi w/ Tri-Sodium Phosphate multi-Purpose cleaner #2 was to sand & clean the entire trim. An oil based primer was applied,and a topcoat of Dulux Fortis satin finish was the final step. This process gave the homeowner a lifetime warranty (as long as they own the home).Flaggstone around pool was cleaned & sealed.
