The contract was to remove the far left column and straighten the leaning brick pillar beneath it. As well as remove all the rotted framing, flooring, steps, and broken concrete. In additon to this we added a walkway around the left side of the house, rebuilt and enclosed the back porch, removed old steel cellar doors and added new, re-built the basement steps, re-built the soffit and facia around the bay window, added a 16'x20' deck to the back yard, and removed the three story chimney.
