DreamWorks has recently been recognized for “Green Design,” in the Tampa Tribune and on News Channel 8 our local NBC affiliate for the design and construction of this three story home in South Tampa using foam insulated concrete walls. Some key concepts of this home include it being: Strong, Safe & Secure,Energy Efficient and effective Insurance Savings. This method of construction is EPA EnergyStar Approved.
