These homeowners were getting ready to sell their home and were trying to maximize every dollar. After doing extensive work inside the house, the exterior needed some help. Philip scraped and sanded the eaves and woodwork, then powerwashed the stucco to bring back a clean look. The eaves and some stucco accents were painted. Then Dawn painted the bland planter boxes to tie everything in together. This saved the homeowners a great deal of money but gave life to what was an outdated exterior.
