240 square foot dining room renovation. Project included removal of walpaper, surface preparation with Zinzer Gardz, plastering over damaged areas, sanding, Zinzer Bullseye 123 primer, and 4 coats of Ralph Lauren Urban Loft. Trim work was cleaned, old caulk removed, and recaulked. Stencil in darker shade of same paint was then applied by hand. New switch plates, dimmer switch and chandelier installed as well.
