At this duplex in Victorian Village, we were hired to remove the existing shingles from the roof, install 30# felt paper, install new valleys and drip edge around perimeter of roof, and install 30 yr. dimensional shingles. The customer decided on the Owens Corning Estate Grey dimensional shingle. In this first picture, you can see that a tarp was covering the front chimney. We took care of any potential problems by tuck pointing the chimney and install new flashing (step, counter, and apron).
