Complete redesign of the property. New front entry and planting to create a pedestrian feel rather than a vehicular asphalt area. Redesigned the back to include a new pool, paving, planting and create an outdoor room for grilling and firepit. The pool was designed to convey the feeling of a lagoon rather than a typical pool. Low voltage lighting was installed to highlight the plant material and architectural features of the home.
