About This Gallery

West Valley Roofing, LLC tore off 3 layers of Asphalt Shingles and all Plywood Sheathing ( due to mold) because of poor roof ventilation. We installed new 1/2" CDX Plywood, 30yr GAF/ELK Timberline Prestique High Definition Architectural Shingles over one layer Feltex Synthetic Underlayment, 10" Ridglass High Profile Ridge, Continuous Ridge Vent, new slotted intake vents for proper roof ventilation and new pre-painted roof flashings.
