A great amount of time and money was spent by the owners to restore this lakeside mansion. Mature trees and plants, hidden lighting and irrigation systems, and boulder mounds were developed up hillsides to the main street access. Native Lake Tahoe shrubs, perennials, and ground cover were chosen. Aged stone pathways and steps, multiple trails with carefully designed drainage, putting greens, and fountains, all with views of the lake completed the vision.
