It includes hardwood floors throughout all the common areas up and down. Extensive custom molding and built-ins. Heirloom style cabinets in the kitchen and family room, and cherry cabinets in the master bath and wetbar. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, plus his and hers in the master. Immaculate landscaping.
