This restoration project allowed the homeowners of a historic St. Paul home to gain additional function and convenience, while keeping with the character of the home’s original style. w.b. builders used milled quarter-sewn oak for new kitchen cabinetry and trim, as well as replica wood flooring, handmade tile, soapstone countertops and a farm sink. All scopes of work preserved the historic value of the house. One special feature was the replication of an original “ice box” used for storage.
