About This Gallery

Unfinished, dark basement becomes useful living space. The daylight side becomes an informal den, with a home office tucked under the stairs. Prefinished oak floors complement the hallway connecting den to bath/laundry and the new bedroom. We added a code-compliant egress window to the basement, which also adds light to the bedroom. Drywall encloses all ductwork. The bath/laundry has tiled shower above a Jacuzzi tub, Silestone vanity top, & bifold doors to hide washer/dryer & utilities in closet
