This tear-down / rebuilt home features integrated systems for controlling security, climate, lighting control, whole-house distributed audio, and video entertainment. The back yard includes a pair of outdoor stereo speakers for enjoying music while relaxing or entertaining guests. The family room features a wall-mounted 42" HD plasma TV for watching movies by the fireplace, plus in-wall architectural speakers for sound. The audio touchscreen displays cover art and track information.
