The original redwood siding on southfacing wall was bad allowing water entry. Wood windows, doors and and trim were also rotted. The roof at the highest point was damaged allowing water and critter entry. We removed all the siding, made necessary repairs and installed proper flashing, ice and water shield and buildingwrap before installing vinyl siding. Wood windows and doors were replaced with new vinyl clad units. Wood trim was replaced with PVC trim. The front entry was repaired and replaced.
