Rest areas are superb in view, interiors and space utilization.

Bad choice of decor in the conservatory...otherwise, home has great curb appeal

This house is really ugly, especially from the back. The wall of windows shaded by a deck is a terrible idea. From the front, the construction looks lightweight: a woodframe house that should really be masonry. The interior is cavernous, especially the entryway. Utility bills could easily be $2000 per month. You don't have to be an ecowarrior to think this house is an insult to the environment.

Angela C; I think this home is elegant and spacious and romantic. I would place more emphasis on the backyard landscaping though as it needs some POP to make it WOW.

i think it's very nice. looks like it has lots of space and i love the kitchen. but the yard looks like it could use some landscaping in the back yard ,

The cleaning & maintenance would be a nightmare. It's too complicated.

If we’re talking about “Guida’s Pictures,” then I agree with those who’ve pointed out the poor utilization of space. The foyer has a huge archway to the living room that is unnecessary. A smaller entry with pocket doors would enable the living room to be closed off to prevent heat loss. The entry way is wasted space as it could be smaller by including closets/storage areas. Can’t tell from the pictures if the exterior is stone or “block” brick; not a very appealing color. While I do love large kitchens, the windows in this house would be a nightmare to clean. You can tell a man designed this house.
