About This Gallery

We extended Garage & added approx. 500 sq. feet without changing theoverall appearance of the house at all. We did change the roof pitch from 4:12 to 5:12 to gain an extra foot of cieling height in garage & provide more storage in attic. The new siding is Fiber Cement (Hardi Board) w/ a lifetime 100% Acrylic Coating. New roof on entire house is heat reflective decking with ridge vents & attic fans. We widened the garage and built in an alcove on the patio for BBQ & outdoor kitchen.
