This 20'x40' Orginal Site hillside area had an existing deteriorating retaining wall with overgrown bushes and small trees. It was cleared, excavated and graded for sod installation and a new retaining wall . The Topside View was a separate 15'x 20' hillside area graded to remove overgrowth and weeds; boulders were installed, weed barriers installed followed by mulch. This allowed the homeowners to add plantings gradually and at a later date when their budgeting permitted.
