About This Gallery

Originally built in 1911 this 4000 sq ft four story home lacked most amenities desired today's. After numerous meetings with the owner's and the Landmark Commission which regulates this historical neighborhood, we developed a plan to expand both the main floor with a 800 sq ft kitchen and family room addition along with expanding the basement by 640 sq ft for both a play room and much needed dry storage. Project stayed green with recycled cabinetry, bamboo flooring and high efficency HVAC system
