This is a beautiful 2 story home in the Oak Tree edition in Edmond, Ok. Approximately 3500sf. All exterior wood (soffett,facia, & guttering were power washed w/ tri-sodium phosphate multi-purpose cleaner. All cracks were sealed with a siliconized acrylic latex caulk. All raw wood was primed. A top coat of Dulux Fortis Satin acrylic latex paint was applied w/ a lifetime warranty. All doors, jams & iron headers were coated with Devoe Devflex high performance acrylic latex enamel [semi-gloss].
