This front porch was made of plywood and deteriorated. The deck railing was split and twisted. The customer was looking for Trex decking. However, the better solution, due too all sides being enclosed, was a water proof membrane on all new Ply decking to include substructure replacement. The front steps were coated with the same material. The new railing is composite which included a composite post/column sleeve.
