About This Gallery

This is a 1936 home that has original wooden flooring throughout the entire house. Customer requested vinyl flooring to be removed. Discovered there were 2 set of vinyl floorings underneath in the kitchen. Had to observe for any creaking on the kitchen sub floor. Installed backerboards (recycle of concrete mix). Had to submit in tile design involving 3 inch borders (mosaic) and 12 inch ceramic tile for customer approval. Used a wooden reducer adjourning between kitchen and living room.

You didn't tell the dimensions or more importantly the cost to be able to get an idea of what to expect.
