Two out of Three of these homes needed to have trim and siding replaced because of water damage which is very common in this area. We do not just paint over damage, but we can and do replace boards and trim that need to be replaced. Both customers were glad that they did not have to hire another company to do the repair work. In the last house, we used heat gun to remove heavily peeling paint before sanding, priming, and painting. All our customers are satisfied!
