About This Gallery

This project was a real treat! First, the outside deck posts sit on 5' deep concrete piers to keep structural integrity. We dressed the edge of the piers & concrete by adding a retaing wall. This deck is 54' wide by 22' deep. It features multiple exits for safety and the octagonal section of the deck is fully wrapped with built in benches. The best feature to me is the 80' long stairway that leads down to the boat landing.
Type: Deck
Material: Pressure-Treated Pine
Description: Deck - Single level
Seating: Built-in Benches
Lighting: Accent bullets (directionals)
Deck/Porch/Patio Extras: Hot Tub, Custom Landscaping, Electrical Outlets, Stereo System

I am looking or something like this from the second floor of the house but not so much wood. I would like to tile my floor and I would like iron railing and maybe a top to it to block the sun. I guess it would depend on the price, how much would something like this run me? Minus the stairs going down into the back yard.
