About This Gallery
Existing deck converted to a Screened Porch, with french doors leading out from the living room and new stair leading down to the driveway. New hipped roof designed to cover the porch and tie in seamlessly with the existing lower roofline. New beadboard ceiling inside with new recessed downlights, new ceiling fan and speakers wired to the main house stereo system. New wood flooring and stair treads were stained black to create a simple and fresh contrast (in keeping with the Client's Style).
