The porch on this 1930'S home had rotted boards and joists. The porch was completely replaced. The balustrade was rebuilt reusing existing balusters. During construction we found the rot extended into the siding and some of the framing. The framing was sealed against further damage, the rotted siding replaced, and flashing installed to prevent further damage. The owner repainted after these photos were taken.
