About This Gallery

For the Braginskys, we removed an old conservatory structure that had a hot tub embedded in the floor. We filled the hole and built a new three- season porch in it's place. This project is complete with a hand framed vaulted roof containing four skylights, ceiling fan, wall sconces and electric baseboard heat. The floor was tiled and the walls painted. The exterior has a Painted James Hardie-Board siding above a brick wainscot to match the rest of the home.
