About This Gallery

This family lives in a jewel box of a house. Each room has been beautifully decorated to perfectly blend the mid-century character of the house with the needs of a family of today. This bathroom is an example of keeping what is beautiful about the old and updating it with the new. We restored a teak ceiling with original skylight that opens up the bathroom to the sun. We created what the homeowner calls, "A spa right in my house."

good work for such a small space. . . not much on value I might add (overkill) . . . should the homeowners put the house on the market, they wont see much of a return on this.

The tile is beautiful, just a bit too much for me. I would like more contrast, texture. But you sure gave me some things to think about...I would have loved to seen a before picture.
