Getting rid of that old pink and blue bathroom. We gutted this bathroom down to the studs. Replaced all the old plumbing lines and added new water shut off valves. Re-worked the electric and added a new bath fan and lights. Replaced the old window. Installed a new double vanity and bathtub both, with new scald-free faucets. The toilet installed is more water efficient. We put down Duroc board under all of the ceramic tile surfaces and sealed the grout lines.
