This was a complete bathroom remodel from the subfloor up of a home in the Boise north end that was built in 1957. There was a lot of rotten wood that had to be cut out from the subfloor. The old cast iron tub is gone now. All the old plumbing fixtures leaked and some of the wall studs were rotten. The old cast iron tub was replaced with a Best Bath Systems 24" deep soaker tub and wall surround. The window was replaced with a VinylTek window and trimmed with a Best Bath Systems window trim kit.
