The utility was too big and a total waste of good space. This basement remodel took about 6 weeks from start to finish and involved walls being taken down, new walls put up, and the creation of a new master suite, with a large walk-in closet. The pictures say it all, no more messy utility room, only the new beautiful laundry room and walk-in closet with french doors. An unfinished basement is not only an eye sore, it's a complete waste of space. Transform your unused space a thing of beauty.
