This is a basement refinishing project we did in St. Charles. It consisted of 2 bedrooms, a family room with accent lights in the soffet, and a bath with shower.

Great to see on sight , But I would like to see appox. Price as this is a major factor as well as workman ship, so as to make a decision .

Generally it's a clean look but the fact that the TV can only be viewed from one place in the room is poor furniture placement. By putting the TV in the far corner & moving the chair out of the corner and against the wall opposite the large sofa everyone who's seated in the room could view the TV.
