This kitchen remodel turned into more than what the homeowner had planned. Notice the cracked and settled concrete slab in pic 2. The concrete slab was like this throughout the whole basement. The high points had to be ground down, 250 lf of cracks repaired and 1,250 sf of self leveling compound poured. The basement walls also had to be repaired due to the settling.
