Vines and ivy are sometimes a consideration when painting in more established neighborhoods. This home really looked nice with its modest amount of ivy. Of course, the ivy must be cleared before we paint. It's easy to take shortcuts, we just don't remove the ivy, but we scrape away the ivy pads as well. Scraping away ivy pads may not seem like a big deal and it isn't. It's just another example of where others may cut corners and where we will not. It truly is, all in the details.
