About This Gallery

This was a 15 - 20 unit apt. complex that badly needed a facial uplift. The owner couldn't keep tenants and the ones that were staying weren't paying. After we completed the project he was amazed as he drew in new tenants and he had a waiting list for the first time of people who wanted to move in. At last check, all his units were occupied with the same tenants for 8 months or longer and still had a waiting list of people waiting to move in.
