These are examples of chemical and acid stain projects all done in the DC metro area. Some required that we remove paint and apply a cementicious microptopping prior to staining. They all turned out fantastic.

I love it but, is it the trend for Maryland don't want to heart the resale value or the possibility of a sale.

I love it, also. I would like to have this done to my basement. Can I hire someone? Or it's a DIY?

Hi everyone-- you can use this form http://www.servicemagic.com/task.Concrete-Floor-Coating-Apply.46357.html to see if there's someone in your town who does concrete floor staining. You can do it yourself but it's best to have a pro do it so that the finish is applied evenly. Plus the chemicals can be really difficult to be around, breathing-wise. Go with a pro! That's what you see shown up above.

Hi there! My name is Anselmo, i Have being painting for a little more than 4 years and i never have come into this kind of job, i hve seen them in lots of places but i have was never too curious to know how was it done! now i run into a project where i have to make look better a floor like the Terracota stain. The problem is simple the owner doesnt like how it looks, he wants it shinier and not slipery plus there are few marks of concrete that have to be cover and several scratches done by the contractors and their tools.
Hope u can give me an advise, how can i give it a glossy finish, keep the look of it, not slipery & sover those little scratches.

Your floors look great!!! i am in vanvouver, B.C. Canada.
