This was a complete Tear Off. 3 tab shingles stripped down to wood deck. Wood deck cleaned and prepped for drip edge around entire perimeter. Ice & water sheild installed on all bottom edges and 30 lb. tar paper installed over balance of roof. 30 yr. Arch. Class A shingles installed with 6 nails per shingle. Roof vents installed on backside of ridge. All debri cleaned up and hauled away..
