Structural supports left in place and walls recessed to add additional space for shelving and equipment. 3/4" Flooring mounted over existing subfloor to create a quite and squeak free work place. Hand assembled and finished 30' x 17" wooded floor runs the length of the ceiling and has 3 special order Mini Fans.
