About This Gallery

Project involved condo conversions, structural engineering and modifications, as well as a total cosmetic remodel. This was a major remodel. Contract for Framing, major structural changes, demolition, custom features and tile works were done personally. Most finish carpentry subcontracted to Tompson Carpentry, Electric by Engles Electric, while painting and sheetrock was subbed to various crews who were available for the duration of the project.
