It took 3 return trips to fix the problem...needed more dirt,,,3 or 4 yds... told it was 50/50....it is...50% ?? & 50% trash...picking plastick forks & spoons out of it...dirt turned to powder...wasted good $$$ on grass seed....nothin will grow in it. My wife is furious...wanted grass so the dogs don't track in mud...had 1/2 the yard fenced off...useless to me. I am NOT happy!

Out of three landscapers I contacted Mike was the only one who called and showed up. The price quoted was right in line with what we would have charged in New York. We are former landscapers ourselves. The quality of his work was great, friendly personality and thorough in his work. If you are looking to hire someone, he's the one to go with.

Overall a great Job,on the patio I would Hire Mike again...he had to come out twice because of the bad weather and even worked in the rain to get the project complete! Another great thing about X&O's is that you can actually get a hold of the contractor. He worked with our schedule and tight budget and even included a couple of "extras."
