Prompt responses to request for quote and followup, work performed quickly and professionally. Pricing was much more reasonable than 3 other quotes we received.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Our original front porch was in a sorry state...Not sure how the builder was able to get the structure passed - Posts cracking, nails and screws popping, loose rails, sagging steps - an eyesore and very unsafe. Rich came in and assured us that he would make things right. The crew showed up and worked hard on creating a beautiful new front porch - composite with a railing kit that complimented the house perfectly. He made sure the steps were properly reinforced. It's like day and night - and the attention to detail and workmanship - second to none. Now the rear deck is shabby in comparison - I know how I'll be calling for that job...

Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding
I had Woodchips perform extensive work on my house after the siding job was complete. Rich was always available if any issues arose, and the work was performed professionally, on schedule and with no complaints. I highly recommend this contractor.

Excellent work, polite and professional..they did the work in a timely fashion, and even though we had some complications with Central Hudson, due to my mistakes, they were there when my Hot Tub arrived and didn't leave me in the lurch..also his office staff is very pleasant and polite.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Woodchips (Rich) was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the construction I hired him to do. Although my project was small, Rich and his employees showed the utmost concern about each and every detail within the scope of work. I am very pleased and will recommend Woodchips to anyone that I know that needs a top of the line contractor. Great Job!!

My experience was excellent. Rich is very professional and going foward I am confident he will deal with any issues that might arise. I doubt that there will be any . He guarantees his work for a good period of time. His price for the job was reasonable and set the standard for my other estimates for the job. I would recomend him for any job after my experience.
