Whitestone was excellent; partly due to weather, they started a bit later than I had hoped, but were thoroughly professional and did an excellent job on both our deck expansion and installation of pavers on our driveway in Reston. Courteous, competent and communicative, C means an A for these guys.

I am very pleased with the workmanship and the way the patio came out. The customer service - specifically the communication between Whitestone and me was significantly lacking. There were several mis communications and when the work started, there was no letting me know they had arrived, or were leaving as it was raining or anything like that. I would use them again, AND, I would set more clearly my expectations regarding interaction and communication.

The deck has not yet been built because the Burke Center Conservancy Architectural committee has yet to approve the design, etc. The contractor submitted all designs, etc. promptly. At my request came out to the site twice, was always punctual. Returned phone calls in a timely manner.

I have nothing but great things to say about Whitestone. Herb came to the house a couple of times to draw out different plans and was patient with us while we took our time to decide to go forward with the project. His contractors were excellent! They took care of details - even the ones that would be covered up after the job was complete. We are thrilled with our deck.

Great experience form beginning to end. Found Whitestone with the help of ServiceMagic. They were professional, courteous, and very competitive with pricing. The experience form planning to compleiton took about two months but they were well engaged through the entire process..form HOA approval to breaking ground and making sure all the details were done to our satisfaciton. Awesoe company and team. I highly recommend them! Thanks!
