Mike's estimate was a bit above his competitors, but he caught problem areas that the others missed & detailed them w/pictures in his emailed estimate. With a home built in 1901, Mike was very clear that more surprises were likely to be lurking under the four layers of leaky roof & naturally, that was the case. He did a great job in showing my partner & I the hidden problem areas after the old roof was torn off & giving us several repair options. I was very impressed with this company. I requested a bid and Mike was able to come to my home at 5:30 that same day. The work was completed by the end of that same week. This company is very professional & easy to work with. I was impressed from the beginning all the way to the end. They offer to do the touch-up painting inside your home after all roof repairs are completed.

It took a little time for them to get the estimate back to me but that was ok it was just a small repair. They performed the work on time and for the price quoted. I was very happy with the quality of work and will definitely use them again.

After getting several bids, I selected Watr-Tyte. Their estimate was reasonable and among the lowest. They didn't try to upsell us into a bigger project than we needed, and they did a fine job for us. They arrived when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the job on schedule. They were very nice to work with, and I especially appreciated their patience carefully explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. They took photos and brought them down for us to see, so we didn't have to climb up on the roof ourselves. It's been raining recently and -- no more leaks! I would definitely recommend Watr-Tyte.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Mike and team came to repair a leak around a skylight and some general maintenance on our 14 year old cement tile roof. They came when they said, worked hard and were respectful of us and our property; cleaned up well. Mike located numerous replacement tiles, which have been hard to find. I would hire them again for sure. We are now water tight.
