Person on the phone was nice, but electriction did not speak much, did not give a receit or even tell me when he was done. He just walked out. Very rude and not professional at all. Seems like they outsouces. Don't use them.

We gave this company our plans of what needs to be done. They only quoted a few items and left out others. We thought the pricing was inclusive of everything only to find that the items they left were additional and that we would have to pay a lot more for those items. Price seemed too good to be true. Watch your quote before you go with these guys.

I'll never recommand them to any one, he doen't keep his word, he gave me an estimate we agreed on a price the day he was suppose to start the job he came and ask me for more money for the same job he complain too mutch.

They provided rapid, thorough, and clean work wiring the electricity for an addition to our home. They priced the job using the architectural plans, and as the plans changed, they provided revisions to the pricing. They were consistent in their pricing actions throughout. They kept in contact with us over a period of about 3 months to find out when their services would be needed. When we notified them that they should start in 3 business days, they were ready and were here. They provided all that they had promised, and also advised us in the placement of switches, etc, based on their vast experience. They were delightful to work with.

This was an amazing experience. I called 3 sub contractors given to me by service magic. All three called immediately. Two were willing to come out to look at my very small job immediately. The third was going to call me back (I never heard from him after the initial contact). One was not able to come out until more than a week later, citing family obligations. Then there was Universatech
Universatech come out immediately, provided me with 3 alternative solutions, and actually SUGGESTED the lowest cost alternative. I was sold just by the conversation. Less than an hour later, the job was completed, I am incredibly satisfied and amazed!

Farhad was very easy to work with: flexible timing, reasonably priced, and excellent workmanship. They had the job done in less than 2 days, and that's only because it rained...otherwise it would've been 1 day. The guys worked hard, and didn't quit until the task for the day was done. He wasn't the cheapest, but the cheapest guy was creepy. Farhad was very professional every step of the way.

Arrived on time, handled a couple of changes I wanted that was different from his estimate, and it took as long as he said it would. They cleaned up well as well.
