The work that was discussed was not the work that was completed. I had to go back and complete the tasks that TC did not complete (blinds not cleaned, did not move furniture and clean behind or under, stove drawer was not cleaned just to name a few). Would not recommed to friend or collegue due to the imcomplete work.

They went over and above my expectations of a house cleaning service. Deena removed a stain in my carpet that I tried to remove three times. She also made our showers look brand new again. ( I was ready to call rebath). My husband was very impressed. I would definitely recommend them. Thank-You

I have used Transylvania Cleaners before and loved them! They do a great job and if there is anything over and above their normal (agreed upon) cleaning duties they are always congenial to help.....vacuuming the furniture or cleaning out the oven! I am happy I found them originally and I am glad they could fit me into their schedule this time around! We will continue to use them as long as my husband and I are both working!

They were fast, complete and polite. My only suggestion for improvement would be to get a receipt with each payment. They said they would have one in the future. Again, overall they were very good!

For some reason, probably miscommunication on my part, they did not dust my daughter's room. It is usually a mess & I told them if it's too bad, just ignore it. All they did was vacuum in this room. I'll need to clarify what I actually meant. My wife was very pleased!

Dina and Ilie were very friendly, prompt, and efficient. They were very flexible in their scheduling, and they came to my home, on time, and on very short notice Their prices are very reasonable, and they do a thorough job. I have hired them to do bi-weekly cleanings after they initially did a great move-in cleaning job on our new house....
