Project: Hire a Handyman
Wow - I am so happy with The Good Neighbor Company! Chuck understood my project and was always punctual and pleasant and did a beautiful job building steps on a very steep hillside. I know this was not an easy job to do, the ground was very hard to dig all the postholes and working on an uncomfortable grade the whole time - but the steps are perfect and plumb! Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. I will always use The Good Neighbor Company. I trust them. I give them FIVE STARS and recommend them wholeheartedly. Kristin Nichols

I was expecting more of a resurface of the cabinets, and floor, rather than the restoring. They both turned out OK, and Chuck did what he said he was going to do.

I was very impressed with The Good Neighbor Co. They contacted me very quickly and came whenever they said they would be at the house. The project was done quickly. Their work was very professional. They were very neat and orderly. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely contact them for additional work in the Spring. I am so pleased I originally contacted Service Magic for help. Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
Very polite and helpful to work with. They helped us out in a difficult situation with another contractors mistakes. We used them for painting and are planning on using them in the future. My only suggestion, is they estimate work more appropriately. Our final bill was always more than expected in both jobs. It would be nice to have a more accurate estimate in the beginning of the project. Overall, we are pleased with their work, attention to detail and responsiveness to our needs. It is nice to have someone you can trust to do a good job and they can be trusted! Thank you GOOD NEIGHBOR COMPANY

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
The experience was good. Chuck did all the things I asked and went the extra mile to make the job look finished and professional. He did as he said and took care of the other misc. Items that they ran into during the repair. The final bill was $100.00 less than the original total estimate. The work area was swept and the trash was picked up. I just wish I would have called him sooner. This website is directly responsible for me finding The Good Neighbor Co.
